What this leaves out

What the total counts

Each tool you tick, at the cheapest plan that fits, in the vendor's own unit. No published price? We use a reported one and name its source. Sources disagree? Both ends show.

Every tool carries a figure: its own price where it prints one, and an estimate with a named source where it does not. Card processing and delivery come off sales, not software, so they sit underneath.

Which figures to trust least

Every row names its source. Strongest first: their own SEC filing, their own pricing page, their own site elsewhere, a review platform. Last, a competitor's page about them, marked in orange.

Their own site elsewhere. Restaurant365's pricing page says let's build it together. Its own blog states $469, and $689 to $749, per location.

Where sources disagree, both ends show. Crunchtime is quoted at $100 to $500 by one and "$5,000+" by a rival. No average of that means anything.

Why there is no saving figure

A saving needs numbers your vendors will not publish. This shows the bill you pay now. Our entry price is $595 for all twenty-one applications. Our price, and what it is built on.

What "publishes nothing" means

No figure on the vendor's pricing page, as of September 2026. Some have no page. One took theirs down. Their own wording is printed above.

Where these came from

We read thirty-six vendors' own pricing pages in September 2026. This page prices twenty-seven of them.

One record underneath. One bill for all of it.

From $595 a month, per location. Never a percentage of what you sell.
