One record Nothing overwritten. Nothing thrown away.

Twenty-one applications, one copy. See them by name

Four things we keep for you

  • Everything that happened Every page reads one log, so every page agrees.
  • What a thing actually is One entry per real thing, across every brand and pack size.
  • How your business is shaped Sites, stations, people, suppliers, accounts, menu.
    • Korean bulgogi bowl
    • Thai fusion hoagie
    • Crispy rice salad
    • Vietnamese chicken bowl
    • Matcha cloud boba
    • Classic milk tea
From one operator's recipe cards. The names are theirs; the pictures are illustrations.
  • Your guests Visits, preferences, consent and retention.
An order guide screen. 111 lines, this operator's own catalog of what it buys, as the supplier writes each item: category, unit, case pack, cost per unit, yield and supplier. Kimino sparkling juice at 56.00 a case of 24, OLIPOP at 30.00 a case of 12, ceremonial matcha at 240.00 a case, each from Continental Foodservice Group.
The operator's own order guide. Unit, pack and case cost, as the supplier writes them.

What you need to run it

Most of it is a browser on a laptop you already own.

  • Most Desk

    A laptop. Nothing to install.

  • Some Station

A screen that stays where the work is.

  • A few Hand

A phone, offline. A dock has no signal.

Built in from the start

Your record is fenced off

Never mixed with anybody else's, so it leaves with you.

It works when your signal does not

Not a mode bolted on later.

Built so another language fits

No fixed text widths.

Nothing changes quietly

Every change is written down first.

Built on Postgres and Python

Common tools, so anyone can hire for them.

A note at the foot of the Needs you screen: None of these can be dismissed. Every row is a link to the row that needs the act, not a copy of it, so nothing here can go stale and nothing can be cleared by looking at it. An item leaves the list when the delivery is credited, the price is recorded, the shift is filled.
No dismiss button, on purpose. A row leaves when the work is done, never by a tap.

One record, and it is yours to take.

Not an export on the way out. The same record you worked from all along.
